1. We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging intact. Worn, adjusted, or customized products are not eligible.
3. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. Return shipping costs due to defects or shipping errors will be covered by us. All other return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
