Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items purchased through Amazon may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders.”

  • Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to create a return label.

3. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.

  • If your return is approved but you do not use Amazon’s prepaid return label, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

  • Amazon supports exchanges for eligible items. Please use Amazon’s returns portal to submit your exchange request.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Amazon Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange or refund.

6. Additional Fees

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing accessories, a restocking fee may apply.
